How the AI Level Check calculates your maturity level.

The check is a pragmatic maturity model. It does not replace an audit, but it gives a clear first view of how systematically AI has been introduced in the company.

Questions & dimensions

The analysis is based on 18 questions. Each of the six dimensions has three questions with answer values between 0 and 5.

Scoring

Each dimension score is the average of its three answers. The total score is the average of all dimensions and first maps to a raw level from 0 to 5.

Gates are then applied: weak dimensions limit the final level, governance below 2 caps at level 2, level 4 requires solid governance, data and value scores, and level 5 requires high scores across every dimension.
